Great on the BBQ
Put the tri tip on the BBQ and it came out very juicy and tender. Great summer treat from US Wellness Meats!

My favorite roast
I marinate or salt then grill for 10min each side and finish in 200F oven for 10-15min. SUPER tender and tasty. When it's cold outside I'll roast it in the oven at 425 for 20-25min but this seems to result in a tougher roast.

Could be a lot more fatty than the ones I've gotten lately. My first intro to this cut was at a Scottsdale AZ steak joint and it was gloriously fatty.
