These are ok. We buy bulk when we buy to save some money. I took a chance with these and the newer organ meat ground beef in large quantities, unfortunately before trying a small amount first. These sausages have a denser and dryer texture and a milder flavor than the others we have tried, such as the Italian sausage which seems to be our favorite. The new organ meat ground beef has a very disappointing texture, like blended meat putty.

Bringing the internal temperature of the sausages above 140 will result in a second 'cook' and may change the texture overall. We did address your concerns on the Ground Organ Burger in your review of that SKU. As mentioned, The moisture content in the organs is much higher than that retained in the cow's muscle. We agree with you; mixing our organ blend with another pound of ground meat (we suggest 75% & 85% lean beef) will produce a more traditional texture overall. My favorite way to 'hide' this product in meals for the kiddos is in a more robust flavor profile dish like spaghetti or tacos!

Simply the worst I ever had. Hard and tasteless. I bought 6, and received a refund on ONE. Not at all happy, searching for another meat company. I tried to eat them, because I didn't want to waste, but these all went in the trash!

Not a fan of these sausages
I tried these out recently and am not a fan. Cooked a few different ways and flavor was just not there and didn’t like texture much (compared to Costco Grassfed Beef Kiolbasa Sausages. Was surprised.

I have been a customer for a couple of years and I am a big fan. However, this particular product does not seem to be consistent with other products. This sausage was a little tough and flavorless. I would not recommend this.

This is the worst tasting kielbassi I ever tasted. It was very dry. It didn't taste like kielbassi. I purchased 3 packages and had high hopes for it. However, it took forever to use it up as neither my daughter not I wanted to eat it.

Very disappointing. What happened to the raw ones?
I purchased one package of these to try because the raw sausages were not available. What a disappointment! So far I have eaten one sausage. I am not sure that I will be able to eat the other three. Very tough with a rubbery texture. I loved the raw ones that I could cook to my own liking

These are delicious. Like a heartier version of their hotdogs. And such a convenient meal. I just warm them up in the microwave. I'm not sure what the previous reviewers were doing to theirs to make them tough, I assume they thought they were raw and tried fully cooking them. These are precooked and just need to be lightly warmed up. It's hard to mess up a sausage.

Picture is not even close, and taste horrible!
Absolutely nothing like the delicious picture provided on the website. It was very dark (black almost!) and was hard to the touch. It was extremely dry, bland tasting, and was it SO discussing trying to chew that rubbery texture. I'm new to Wellness Meats, and I have received some good stuff, but this is a huge NO. Do not recommend!

Thought I'd give these sausages a try after reading one previous review. They have nice flavors but I'm not sure how to cook them since they are already cooked. I used the skillet to warm up a few but they just got tough and inedible. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I bought two packages.
*From USW Meats- The Sugar Free Polish Kielbasa Beef Sausages are fully cooked and all that is required is gentle warming. We suggest continuing to use your skillet for warming, just add little water in the pan while warming and consider turning the links from side to side at least once while warming. The water will keep the all natural casings from becoming tough and inedible.

I don’t write many reviews, but was so impressed by the flavor of these sausages I had to write. I find kielbasa highly variable in quality, but these were delicious, great texture, and no sugar.
