I appreciate that the meat is grass fed and grass finished.
Does not have the excellent flavor that regular beef has but I appreciate that the meat is grass fed and grass finished. Not full of antibiotics, soy and other GMO. This makes for a lot healthier eating. - Lorri P.

These steak were perfect size. Not small nor too large. Cooked on low in a pan nice and tender!

My family did not like this cut, we found it very tough and hard to chew. I give 2 stars because the meat was still flavorful. I cooked them medium like any other steak.

I ordered 3 packages thinking I would have two in each package but I received only 3 steaks. I would have ordered 6 had I known they would be single steaks. I buy for my son also so it makes it hard to give him any. So far though we love the meat we get.
