I regularly eat salami with cheese as a meal when I want something quick and healthy (yes cheese is healthy for you). As I become more and more of a regular customer here I've been exploring various products. Salami is another product I've switched to buying from here.
I found that it was clean, tasty and nutritious. I believe a good measure of food quality and nutrition is how you feel afterwards, and the quality of this salami is better than anything you're going to purchase in a store. To be fair, there are some store-bought salamis I've tried that have more flavor, but not that leave me feeling better and healthier.

Smelled like feet or old cheese
Tasted similar to feet or old cheese too. The texture was nice but the flavor profile was quite unpleasant- and the color was not at all appealing. It was probably just me being used to loving the highly processed Oscar Mayer hard salami- full of poisons and flavor enhancers. I really tried hard to like it.

Good. Nice texture and natural color. Wasn’t blown away by the seasonings but definitely wasn’t bad.

I'm not sure what it is there are round black/brown balls sometimes in the salami that is annoying to chew maybe its pepper not ground up fine enough but when they aren't present its perfect a little too small for the price but these aren't complaints you asked for my thoughts

The beef salami is a tie for me with the beef summer sausage. Both have excellent taste and are pure and wholesome without a lot of added, unwanted ingredients. I usually cut a few slices to put in a glass bowl with a lid and keep in the fridge. I must say they don't stay in the fridge very long as the slices are easy finger food. A nice appetizer or snack for sure.

We really enjoyed the salami. Great for easy lunch sandwiches. Only thing to mention are the whole peppercorns. I see they were listed in the ingredients, but I totally missed them. I love them, but the kids were not happy with the "spicys". They just picked them out for me to eat :)
Will be buying again.

Did Not Meet Expectations
I was very disappointed with the salami. The salami was dark in color and did not taste good at all.

Delicious on a cheese plate
I haven't had a chance to order the Beef Salami in awhile, so I'm excited to have it again. Our favorite way to eat it is on for a light supper cheese plate. It has a nice balance of spicy to go with the cheeses and pickles we have on the plate. We really love the natural ingredients and fresh taste.
