Over the years US Wellness Meats has received many requests from valued customers to add more heat and serve items to the menu. In order to please, US Wellness Meats excitedly added Thai Style Beef Filet of Sirloin to the menu.

In order to create the recipe, US Wellness Meats worked closely with one of their favorite paleo chefs. US Wellness Meats believes you will love the recipe as much as them.

The steaks are cut from the center muscle in a way that they look like a Tenderloin Filet. Then they are marinated slowly and packaged into single serving sizes for a quick lunch or dinner. The steak has been grill marked, but is left raw so you can choose the desired doneness.

Ingredients: beef and the steaks are marinated in up to 10% solution of coconut aminos (aged coconut sap), apple cider, apple juice (apples), cilantro, lime juice, ginger, onions, garlic, sea salt, lime zest, black malabar pepper

Each package contains 1-2 Thai Style Beef Filet of Sirloin and weighs approximately 8 ounces.

All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
