I love this cut for shredded pork barbecue in a bun or over a potato. Just enough fat but NOT too much, like it’s sister product the Pork Shoulder (my reviews have mainly been 1 star for the Shoulder). I cut the sirloin into 4 chunks (as my roast was still partially frozen), put it in the instant pot for 65 minutes on Manual. Then, do a natural release for 15-20 minutes and the pork will practically shred itself taking it out of the pot. I mix In my favorite barbecue sauce and am ready to go!! Again, great product!!

I read the other reviews before purchase and was pleased to see that it actually comes in small pieces. I just wanted high quality pork to make saute dishes so I'd be cutting them up anyway. This product serves my purpose just right! the meat was tender and delicious! There are some pieces of fat and it didn't bother me since it wasn't a big percentage of the product. I cooked the fat pieces on low heat and used the grease to cook veggies. Definitely will buy again.

We were expecting a normal roast, but instead received about 6 pieces of meat bound together with butcher’s string. Kinda weird. Tastes ok though.

This was very disappointing. The "roast"consisted of four separate pieces of meat tied together with butcher's string. After cutting the string, the meat fell apart into four pieces and was impossible to slice. Will not order again.

I purchased two of these for a taco night! I cooked them in the Instant Pot, cubed, and seasoned with cumin, bay leaf, pineapple juice, crushed dried pepper and coriander, celtic sea salt and a cup of bone broth. After two hours on high pressure I shredded the meat and fried it in bacon fat until crispy in a cast iron skillet. My daughter, who never wants leftovers asked for it two nights in a row. I'll definitely be ordering a few more, I do wish more fat was left on the outer part of the roast though.

Great tasting pork sirloin! I put a rub on it and cooked in in the oven on low for 1 1/2 hours...perfection. Very tasty, not tough or chewy at all. Great quality meat and I will order again.
