These taste good. My wife can digest them without issues. We have purchased these for year from Grassland Beef and will continue to do so. -Philip A.

I love cooking lamb. The beauty of this is that it is a quick cook; unlike a leg of lamb that takes long.- York S.

This is my favorite thing I've gotten from US Wellness meats. I cooked them in the Instantpot and they came out fall-off-the-bone tender and full of yummy marrow flavor. Definitely ordering again. I also think this is one of the better deals in terms of what you get for the price.

These are fantastic. This is the second time I've purchased these lamb steaks, and I plan to include them in every future order. They are moist and delicious (I simply sear them in a non-stick pan and cook to medium rare). I love lamb, but roasting an entire leg is too much bother for me (live alone). These steaks give me the best lamb easily prepared.

I received my order on a Wednesday, and ate one of these steaks that night. I pan-fried it in butter and tallow, with some salt, pepper, and FlavorGod No-Salt seasoning sprinkled on it, and it was incredible! I loved it. Tender, juicy, flavorful, and just plain delicious. Will order this again soon!

Not good must have been a bad batch
Sorry to say, these were tough and we actually threw them out. We went with the high heat, sear method of grilling these (on a green egg) and they were leather....I did less than 2 minutes per side as we like medium rare, tented them for 5....didn't help, good price, I must have received a bad batch......Easter doesn't look good

Any good ideas on how to best cook the steaks?
USWM- Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We greatly appreciate it. Below are three options we have for you that we like here in the office.
Here is a link to Grilled Lamb Steaks (somewhat complicated)
http://americanfood.about.com/od/lambrecipes/r/Grilled_Lamb_Steaks.htm?utm_term=lamb%20leg%20steak%20recipe&utm_content=p1-main-1-title&utm_medium=sem&utm_source=msn_s&utm_campaign=adid-0d65394c-8645-420d-ad7c-704afe25feda-0-ab_msb_ocode-29589&ad=semD&an=msn_s&am=broad&q=lamb%20leg%20steak%20recipe&o=29589&qsrc=999&l=sem&askid=0d65394c-8645-420d-ad7c-704afe25feda-0-ab_msb
This is a better one and can be found on our Pinterest Board (some skill require and a full meal suggestion):

Another great idea from Primal Palate (the easy one):
http://www.primalpalate.com/paleo-recipe/spicy-cinnamon-lamb-steaks/
Lamb is super easy to overcook, especially grass-finished lamb. Lamb always pairs well and tastes great when seasoned with Mediterainian seasonings or just plain sea salt, black pepper and your favorite mint sauce or greek condiments.
We hope this helps!
Best wishes,
