My first time trying bone marrow that I know of and I'm very impressed, the flavor was out of this world scrumptious and the bits of meat and connective tissue on the outside of the bone were a nice touch that really just enhanced this experience. Once I harvested the bone marrow and stripped the bones clean, I used the excess tallow to fry up a nice omelette that tasted better in comparison to an omelette cooked in a very popular brand of butter. Definitely gonna have to get these again.

They really make a great broth. They are also a wonderful diversion and attention exercise for an extremely sensitive collie.

I ordered these based on the description that they are good for roasting. But they are not cut length-wise, so not sure how to roast and scoop out the marrow :-(
From USWM: Hello and thank you for reaching out! We do offer a long marrow bone that is cut "canoe" style, length-wise that may interest you. Our Canoe Cut Marrow bones are avaiable in the 5lb bag. The Long Marrow Bones - 1.75lbs contain the same amount of marrow, and we suggest you tap the bone on the side of your dish/bowl to release the marrow from these bones after roasting. The most amazing bone marrow I have ever had..
These bones are incredible. The marrow is the richest, most clean tasting I have ever encountered. My wife and I can't get enough of it.
You can taste the fact that these bones came from healthy cows. The sheer volume of marrow was also astounding.
As a huge plus we give the bones when were are done to our dog and it takes her days to be done with it when normally a standard bone would be tossed aside after a few hours. This being because again you are dealing with a healthy animal and the connective tissue is robust.
I order it as soon as it is in stock!
