The meat is packaged in 8oz portions making it easy to portion for animals between 20 and 40 pounds or households with multiple small pets. Meat is 85% lean and 15% fat mix of grass fed ground beef and ground pastured chicken backs.

Transitioning your pet to a raw food diet can take some time. Every pet is different and may require a unique protocol. Gradually increasing the amount of raw they eat over a 1 - 2 week period can help, but it may take up to 6 months to fully transition with some pets.
US Wellness Meats recommends freezing for long term storage.
Once thawed, items may be stored for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Wellness Meats ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday every week.
Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24-48 hours from the shipping date.
