US Wellness Meats recommends freezing for long term storage. 

Once thawed, items may be stored for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.

US Wellness Meats ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday every week. Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24-48 hours from the shipping date. 

Orders shipped via FedEx ground or express service will receive a FedEx tracking number after the order ships.

Tender!
This steak is as tender and wonderful as a more expensive cut of steak.  I will get these again.  We loved them.

Our favorite steak!
We have this at least once a week. quick and easy to prepare (sear and finish in oven) and delicious!

cuckoo for coulotte!
my son and i both went crazy for these steaks!  lol.  very tender and flavorful and amazing.  we absolutely love them!!

Perfect little steak!
Have to say that I tried these last time they were on sale...tender and great flavor. Perfect cut for a quick weeknight steak treat!

Best steak I ever cooked
I am not good at cooking steak.  Let's just get that on the table.  I salted and seared this in ghee in my cast iron skillet just to brown it and then moved it to a cookie sheet in the oven low and slow to medium rare.  (If you leave it in the cast iron skillet to the oven it'll dry it out). This is the first time I ever made a steak that was FABULOUS.

These are the best
We love these steaks. Perfect for a week night when you forget to thaw, night before. Thaw in a dishpan of cool water.  Ready to go.  Tasty, tender and FLAVORFUL !!!  And just the size one needs for dinner.  Love them. Order them all the timel would not be without!! Grill them 3 to 4 min per side.

Wonderful and grills in just 3 minutes
I use a George Forman grill.  I simply season both sides of the meat with a steak seasoning blend and then put it in the grill for 3 or 3 1/2 minutes.  Wow...amazing, simple, tasty, quick and easy.  Ordering ten more of these right now

OMG, Probably One Of The Best
These steaks are simply amazing.  Pure beef, limited fat.  Great taste, juicy and tender.  Not badly priced either.  Never heard of Coulotte Steaks and wasn't really sure what to do with them, but thought I'd give them a try.  Ended up just putting them in the skillet with some seasoning and it was so simple, easy and most of all tasty.  Buying again.

Perfect size, great flavor, but a bit tough
I've eaten a dozen or so of these and love them.  However if you use a fork and pierce each side 30 times or so (before cooking) you'll find it much more tender.  I use my Geo Foreman grill so cook and prep is a snap

Not what I expected
Based on the reviews I expected it to be juicy and tender. I am good at cooking steaks. No matter what I tried, these steaks were not tender, had more fat than the pictures by far, and not very taste-full. I will not be ordering these again!

Thank you for reaching out to us! We are truly very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our steaks. In the future if you prefer less fat we recommend putting leanest cuts of meat in the special notes box as each steak cut can be different because each animal is different. This steak seems to be a crowd pleaser usually. We believe maybe you got a bad batch for some reason and recommend trying it again. These make excellent steaks when marinated and cooked low and slow.

Good grilling option
I recently decided to try this cut. Not knowing how tough it was, I marinated it overnight, and then grilled it at a Memorial Day barbeque. It turned out quite good, although there were a couple of tough spots. I'll keep this one in mind as a quick grilling option.

Best Breakfast Steak ever!!
I use these for Sunday morning steak and eggs breakfast.  Split in two it is the perfect size smaller portion and always delicious.  Amazing cut.

Tastes Like More Expensive Cuts
The tenderness and taste of these steaks are similar to more expensive cuts, and the size are perfect for one adult dinner. I can thaw these in a water bath from frozen in less than half an hour and fry or grill for 4 minutes per side and they are perfect! Quick healthy meal. We order these regularly for our family.

Made it Sous Vide
Such an awesome  method to cook your wonderful grass fed beef!
Second time I've purchased these great little steaks.  I used my new sous vide cooking method this time. I thought these were good before.... cooking them sous vide give them a taste and texture like  tenderloin!
