The Bison Soup Bones package contains a mixture of Marrow Bones and Knuckle Bones which are both full of heart-healthy marrow. The Marrow Bones are cut from the shank and sliced and the Knuckle Bones are sliced.
Each package contains 6-8 (2 inches thick) Bison Soup Bones and weighs approximately 2 pounds.
