better than expected
We didn't expect to enjoy these as much as we have. They cook up fast and are very tender. It's the perfect amount, I thought we would be longing for more to eat at a meal, but they leave you perfectly full. Perfect too, for when you forget to pull something out for dinner, they thaw fast.

How to cook?
I bought these when they were on sale! We really enjoyed the 6 oz steaks and they were perfect on the grill...but I'm not sure for how long I should cook these much smaller versions and in a pan/oven indoors.
Any recommendations? I don't want to overcook and would like to achieve a nice medium rare.

*USWM -- Thank you for your positive feedback!   The  3 oz. Filet may be prepared in the very same manner as the much enjoyed 6 oz. steaks!  Be reminded to reduce your cook time significantly.  We would expect those petite 3 oz. steaks to be completely cooked in a matter of  three to five minutes on a grill or in a pan over medium to medium-high heat, flip once half-way through the intended cook time.   As always, use caution to not over-cook know that you may cook the meat more done, if necessary, after the initial cooking duration and resting time.  Feel free to contact our full service customer care team at 877-383-0051, M-F, 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM, Central Time for tips & tricks when preparing our products.

Perfection!
Thank you for your response to my inquiry on how to cook these petite steaks!  They came out perfect! I'll include instructions here for anyone else wondering how to cook these delicious steaks.

I brought steaks (3) to room temp. About 30 minutes.
Preheated oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly brushed each steak with olive oil and salt and peppered.
In my large cast iron skillet over medium high heat, I seared steaks for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes each side and about 30 seconds on the sides (these are not overly thick steaks, so just a few second on the edges was enough).
I then placed the pan with steaks directly in the oven and continued to cook for about 2-3 minutes for a medium rare to medium or until it reached around 125 degrees on my meat thermometer.
I took out of oven and threw in a couple of tablespoons of grass fed butter and sprigs of fresh rosemary.
I let steaks rest for about 5-8 minutes and spooned the melted butter infused with rosemary over the steaks just before serving.
Served with sauteed spinach with garlic and baked sweet potato.  Perfect quick yet elegant weeknight meal! :)
