Makes great beef bone broth
These patella femur bones make the best beef bone broth ever! Lots of gelatin - great for my husband's knees.

Fantastic!
Made my first ever pot of bone broth using one of these giant bones and a pound of beef oxtail.  It is amazingly tasty, and is gelling nicely.  A great price for a good beef bone broth cut.

Bone broth
I used a knuckle bone, 1 long marrow, and 1 beef neck and simmered for 36 hours and it taste amazing. I also pour broth over the dog food for my Lab and Pomeranian  they LOVE it!  I will continue to buy and experiment with the different bones. Having fun!  I also just bought the chicken feet to add to my chix bone broth and it's also so good. It's fun to chase the family around with the feet. Lol they totally gross out and can't believe I drink anything made with chix feet! But they have no idea the rice they are eating was made with that stock lol. 😜
