Once upon a time it was the best
I've placed orders for this jerky several times. I usually buy 6+ packages at a time. The first few times I ordered it, it was magnificent. Sublime. Literally the best jerky I've ever had. I told people about it. Then, the last time I ordered it, something was different. It was a little more tough and chewy. Some pieces were very tough. It's still decent, and I'm almost done working my way through my current supply, but it's not the heavenly jerky of yesteryear. I just placed a new order yesterday (along with beef bacon and liverwurst) and I'm REALLY hoping this next batch is back to being the mind-blowing jerky that it once was....

I did not like this jerky at all. I could not even chew it it was so tough. I could not get past the texture and was so disappointed I just threw the 3 packages away. It takes something really bad for me to just throw it away, I do not like to waste high quality food but this was an exception to that rule...

I do not like this beef jerky. It's way to thick and moist, it almost feels like I'm eating raw meat.
USWM- We are truly very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our product. Our Jerky Portions are not uniform in shape and we do not completely dehydrate them. This is so we can leave some of the natural juices in the jerky for over the top flavor. Going forward we would recommend getting the jerky sticks they are a little drier and in uniform sticks, or we also have an extra dry version which would be more like traditional jerky for you.

I love this jerky and so does my 11 yr old son. It is just the right amount of spicy and works great for snacks and school lunches.

Not usually a jerky fan, but this was great
I have never enjoyed jerky until I tried this version. It's spicy and chewy but does not have an overwhelming beefy flavor. I really appreciate that it has healthy ingredients instead of all the weird chemicals I see listed on the packages of jerky at other places.

This is good jerky. my young grandaughters love it and such a healthy snack for them.
