These "meatballs" are semi-flat and hard as a rock.
They have lots of gristly bits that need to be spit out. I wish I had not bought so many.

Just bought these and looking forward to having. Do the meatballs have to be thawed, before heat and serve, or can you heat them while still frozen?

These were like rocks. They were terribly overcooked to the point of being petrified. I happen to like my meat rare but others that like it cooked agreed that this was way beyond cooked. I also question the quality of the meat (possibly scrap trimmings) used to make this. Not something I would recommend to anyone.

My more recent order of 1-31-22, Order Number: 813307, contained 2 packages of these meatballs. My husband just looked at me and said "do you like these?" (god bless him, he can eat anything I serve him) Even with good, homemade sauce, they were inedible. Everything else in the order was great.

All-around great. Keeping on-hand in freezer
Being able to pull these out of the freezer and heat them up with sauce and pasta OR with beef broth and egg noodles - I am putting these in my freezer and will always have the on hand.

Wonderful & love the ease
Wonderful. I love the ease of heat and eat. Definitely steaming, or simply putting a little water in the pot when warming, is the best way to go. Always keep some on hand. -Lisa A.

Beef Meatballs - Too Dry and Rough Texture
Beef Meatballs are much drier than expected, even after 'reconstituting' in broth and soup. Pork Meatballs were dry when re-heated in a pan but were quite delicious when reconstituted in soup. Not the case with the Beef Meatballs.

Do the meatballs need to be cooked or immersed in broth or soup in order to be moist? The ones I received are much drier than expected, same goes with the pork meatballs as well.
From USWM: These meatballs have been pre-cooked and are ready to heat and serve. We suggest cooking them slightly either steamed in a double broiler, or yes, a soup or broth will bode for a wonderful result.

Good price, better value and GREAT TASTE.....
Great texture, great taste. This is PERFECT for a family that is always busy and on the go. I make sauce all day in the crockpot. I added in these meatballs, my entire family loved them. Good price, good value, taste great.

We really enjoy these - the kind of thing to pull out when actual cooking is unappealing. Quick to heat, very mildly seasoned (goes well with sauces, for instance), but really nice and meaty - no fillers.

These are amazing! Heat up with some butter, ghee, or tallow and they are moist and tasty. Thanks to US Wellness for providing items for the traveler. Keep building on the heat and eat menu!!

Not cooked, edible but not great
I decided to try these and don’t love the taste and seasoning. They looked browned on the outside but were entirely raw and pink in the entire middle, so we had to remove them from our plates and cook them. They were edible but I wouldn’t order it again.
