Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24-48 hours from the shipping date. 

Orders shipped via FedEx ground or express service will receive a FedEx tracking number after the order ships. 

US Wellness Meats recommends freezing for long term storage.     

Once thawed, items may be stored for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.

Love this
I really like this chorizo-it has a great flavor, I can control the amount of fat in it by frying in bacon grease, and is excellent in breakfast burritos!

Very flavorful without being too spicy.  Great to cook in some bacon grease for breakfast in a burrito with eggs

Doesn't begin to compare to the bison chorizo.
I have always loved the bison chorizo. When I ordered, the bison was not available - so I purchased the chicken instead.  The flavor of the chicken is not nearly as good and also I don't like the texture.  I wish  that I had not purchased this!

not very good
I expected more out of this product but was very disappointed. looks like it would have lots of flavor but that's just not the case. very bland. Wish I bought a 1lb of ground beef instead of buying this.
