General recipe suggestion:
We prepare our corned beef in the crock pot. Place the meat in the crock pot with 1/2 to 3/4 cup filtered water, make sure all of the seasonings from the original package are included in the cooking pot. Cook on low for several hours or on high until the center of the meat reaches the preferred doneness. You may also cook the corned beef in a regular oven at 325-350 degrees. We suggest using a heavy baking dish or pan and cover tightly until the final 15-30 minutes.
Doneness for Grassfed Beef:
Rare 115-120 degrees
Medium Rare 121-130 degrees
Medium 131-140 degrees
Well Done 141 degrees and up
