US Wellness Meats ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday every week. Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24-48 hours from the shipping date. 

Orders shipped via FedEx ground or express service will receive a FedEx tracking number after the order ships.

Store in a cool, dark place (cabinet or pantry) if you plan to use the mix within a few months.

If you wish to store for longer than 6 months, Wellness Bakeries recommends the refrigerator or freezer. This will not alter the finished product in any way.

Wellness Bakeries has tested all of their products, unrefrigerated, for up to two years with no issues related to taste, aroma, or baking quality.

Tasty and Light
I don't bake many cakes. Also, I prefer Angel Food Cake. But this cake (I made cupcakes) was very light and without the excessive sweetness of so most packaged mixes.

I think the flavors should stand out - not the excess sugar. This mix did not disappoint. I was able to taste the flavors, and I didn't even frost the cupcakes. Although I am sure it would be good with a light whipped type frosting.
