This is not an accurate picture. Expect HALF of what's shown.
I have ordered Ribs from here 3 or 4 times. The first two times I ordered ribs I felt as if the "rack" were a LITTLE small and did NOT look like the picture but nothing to complain about. I did not weigh them though.
My last order was for quantity of 2 and they were MUCH smaller. 6 - 7 ribs per order. They were HALF the size of the picture. I sent an email and they basically said "nothing has changed" and they gave me 15% off. Even at 15% off (which I already get from promo codes) I am a bit disappointed.

Disappointed
I've ordered these ribs before, and most of the time, I feel they're worth the extra cost, because they're good, although a couple of times, the weight was somewhat skimpy. This time I had two (2!) packages where each package consisted of two small sections of ribs; I felt that they just sent me some leftovers and it was very disappointing.

Surprisingly small
I just ordered this and thought there was a mistake because of how small the portion is. For the price, I thought it would feed more than a single person but it's a pretty small slab of ribs.

Perfect size for two!
I just had to chime in as other reviewers were saying that the portion is only enough for one person. I would disagree. I rub these ribs with some spices, slather on some dijon mustard and stick them in the oven and they come out great! Meaty and although we always finish the entire rack, it is always plenty to eat for two. Don't let the 3.25 stars deter you from enjoying these delicious ribs.

Larger and meatier than most baby back ribs, and $$$$
I ordered two of these for two of us for one meal, understanding that of 1.65 lbs, much of it would be bones. What I received weighed a bit more than listed online on my kitchen scale.
This is a high price and the most I've ever paid for baby back ribs, but they were substantially larger than those I've had before with much more meat on each rib by a lot. We had leftovers for the next day.
I cooked them low and slow on indirect heat with a smoker box in my Weber gas grill for a couple of hours; they were very delicious with only a rub, no sauce. I don't like ribs cooked down to mush and falling off the bone, just really tender and these were worth the splurge to me. I'm back for more today.

I have to agree with the last reviewer and I should have paid attention, though I assumed serving size was subjective. My order was just delivered and this might feed one person in our family. That makes it cost prohibitive, and I won't be purchasing this item again.

great quality
I made these in a slow cooker. Five hours on high. They came out flavorful and so tender that I was able to feed it to my 10 month old baby.
