Lamb is my favorite type of meat, and we eat it often. Although some lamb is better than others, this was, hands down, the toughest piece of meat I've ever eaten (or tried to eat). Also, because it's not "frenched" (removing the meat/fat/membranes that connect the individual rib bones), it was nearly impossible to cut the ribs apart.
11/8/2016 - Our apologies for your disappointment with the usually popular and much enjoy cut. Your satisfaction is very important to us - we've issued a refund for the disappointing Rack of Lamb Split Loin Roast. Thank you for your time with our team member by phone - your feedback is very much appreciated!
