Not a fan of the flavor
Unfortunately, my family and I did not like this cheese. It has a very strong beer like taste and we had to toss it.

We commonly suggest rinsing off the cheese in cool water and dabbing dry prior to consumption. Enzymes in the raw cheese continue to do their jobs even in the packaging. Enzymes turn the milk and can leave the exterior sharper. We hope this information helps and look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the future!

Great quality...but funky!
This is a great quality cheese, and I appreciate that Grassland Beef offers a raw cheese product, which is very hard to find. The texture of the cheese is very creamy, but the flavor isn’t at all like other farmer’s cheeses I have tried. It is very pungent, “goaty,” and “farmy.” While I was prepared for a bit of farmy-ness, this was just too strong for us. However, the cat loves it! She dances for it. But it seems a shame to give such an expensive product to the cat...

very delicious cheese
You can't go wrong with raw grass-fed cheeses. Hubby and I enjoy the flavor of this cheese a lot. :)
