Super flavorful and perfect for a hot grill!
This is my first time ordering skirt steak and I marinated it for an afternoon with fresh lime juice,soy sauce,ginger,star anise and roasted sesame oil. Perfect quick meal on the grill with some grilled zucchini, I’m so glad I purchased four packages.

Not as good as it used to be
I've been ordering these for a while now. They used to be great, but the last couple ones have been so chewy I had to spit out half of my meal.

I've been ordering these for a while now. They used to be great, but the last couple ones have been so chewy I had to spit out half of my meal.

So my brother was correct right above....
My brother talked me into ordering your skirt steaks.... he usually gives me bad info. but he hit it right on the head. your skirt steaks were fantastic.. I will be ordering on a regular basic

Exactly what I was looking for!!!!!!!!!!!!
Being a huge fan of Skirt steaks and being from Chicago originally, I have never been able to find skirt steaks as the same quality of the ones from Chicago.
My search is over, as Us Wellness Meats has checked all the right boxes in regards to quality, taste, cost, etc.
I even had to have them for dinner 2 out of 3 nights just to make sure the first dinner was not a fluke. IT WAS NOT
You can bet I'll be back and my brother already ordered some for his family in Florida after I told him about them.
Keep up the great work. Paul

Quite tasty and tender, too!
I had my doubts ordering this steak. I love the flavor, but sometimes it can be stringy and tough. Not so with these steaks. They had excellent flavor and were quite tender. Just be careful to not overcook them

Best meat for carne asada!
I recently moved and have had trouble finding good meat for carne asada, something we eat regularly for celebrations and get togethers. I bought two packages of this for my husband and I to try out. Marinated it overnight then grilled and cut it up small for street style tacos. AMAZING. So tender I was able to tear it apart with my hand before cooking to place on the grill! The flavor was excellent, we both agreed it was the best tasting carne asada meat we've ever had. This is saying a lot, both of our Mexican families know how to make a damn good carne asada, but we've got them beat now!
