I just lunched on leftover chicken from last night.  I LOVE this chicken.  This soy free chicken has minimal fat, so I slathered it with butter to bake it, and it's just the best.  The day before baking it I used liberal amounts of garlic salt, thyme and rosemary inside and outside, put it in a gallon bag in the fridge to set 24 hrs. The next day I set it out on the counter for a couple of hours to warm up a bit, put it in the oven at 325 'til done, and it's a winner !!!!

Real Chicken Meat!!!

This chicken is amazingly delicious! First let me say to 'taste test' it, I cut it into sections and refroze it. I cooked the backs for my dog with carrots, potatoes.celery ends and pieces in the crock pot. 'Ria' loved it and my son was thinking it should have been his, it smelled sooo made Southern Fried chicken leg and thigh and another day I cooked a fat breast on the Geo Foreman grill then split it in half to finish the center for a great sandwich on skillet toasted Texas Toast and a huge salad topped with the chicken breast 1/2 0f 1/2 = a quarter of the total breast was sauteed in butter and garlic. I can't express just how delicious this was topping the fresh veggie salad!!!Tomorrow I will cook the wings and I still have a breast left! I'm impressed enough to review that chicken before I've even cooked it all!  It was an expensive bird but I got 5 meals and a huge crock pot of chicken broth for my GSDs' dry food! I'm satisfied...aside for the fact I would love to fill my freezer with US Wellness Meat a couple times a year!!! And enjoy it more often! Thank you so much USWM team
