Most flavorful prime rib!
This is the most delicious prime rib I have ever eaten.  The meat is rich and tender.  The roast arrived exactly on time and completely frozen.  This is my first order from US Wellness.  I will certainly order again!  Thanks!

Excellent standing rib roast.
This is the second year we have ordered the rib roast from US Wellness meats for the holidays.

Excellent favor, tender and moist without being greasy. We alway cook to internal temp of 115 on the Big Green Egg.

Wish we could get all seven ribs instead of six. This year I bought the six rib and a two rib roast and tied them together.
Perfect for 10 adults and leftovers for a few days.

A very excellent roast
I purchased this for a 14 guest dinner party, and was not disappointed.  I used a steak rub seasoning, and cooked low and slow - 250 degree oven for about 4 hours to get to an internal temp of 125-130.  I then did a reverse sear in a 500 degree oven to get the outside charred.  Then covered with foil and towels to let rest for over an hour.  Carving was a breeze, and the inside was pink from edge to edge. All my guests were well fed, and very happy.  The only leftovers were the rib bones, which were a treat for the cook later.  Overall, one of the best pieces of beef I have had in a long time.  Thank you US Wellness meats!
