I have been ordering this bacon for almost ten years, but stopped because of poor customer service. When I got full fat-no lean bacon, I complained, and was told to indicate "lean only" on my order form. Did that. Got full fat again, complained, was told that "it is a natural product, live with it" Asked to escalate to a smarter service rep, got no response. I'm buying bacon that I can look at before I buy. So should you.
