There's major shoulder steak
This is delicious!! Very flavorful... I put some beef tallow on my griddle and cooked from there. Sliced into thin medallions and we all loved it!! Will definitely be reordering this beef.

Highly recommended
I tried the Teres Major Steak about a month ago and it became my favorite cut immediately. It is unbelievably tender and very flavorful. You get 2 “steaks” in each package but it’s a very substantial amount of meat. I would say it’s good for 3, maybe even 4 people. I highly recommend it!
