Best brisket ever!
Best brisket ever! My husband cooked it in a dutch oven and we enjoyed about 6 meals from it!! -Sonya D.

Love!
Wonderful braised in the oven, but even better coated with dry rub, wrapped in foil and roasted in the oven. The result can be sliced for tacos and sandwiches, those slices can be crumbled into scrambled eggs, potato salad, enchiladas...can you tell we love this?! -LEC

WOW!!! Delicious and nutritious. This is a true hit with our family. I coat in a homemade rub, cook low and slow, and sweet perfection every time. We enjoy the larger cuts, because leftovers RULE !!! 😉 Especially in the AZ summer heat. We continue to expand our horizons and try other options here at USWellness and could not be happier. WOW!
This is hands down my favorite brisket! I like that it isn't so fatty, but still has enough fat on it. The meat is oh so tender and flavorful. This is now my go to brisket!

Very dry--would not get again
Was very much looking forward to this brisket. Cooked it in the instant pot for two hours and came out extremely dry. Would not get again and could not recommend.

Definitely recommend!
First shopping experience with this company and I have to say I am quite impressed - the brisket was absolutely my favorite so far - perfect amount of fat, extremely tender, moist and full of flavor!

Why is all the fat cut off?!
I am a regular customer of US Wellness Meats and enjoy so many of their products, but this one was a disappointment. Brisket fat is one of my favorite fats and is always left on this cut in my experience. We tried grilling/smoking this but it turned out pretty dry without the fat there. If you get this I’d suggest sticking with braising. I think I’ll just buy the point cut from now on, that had fat on it.

Not sure what happened.
Good looking brisket but noticed it was really lean. I injected with beef broth and let sit overnight, then smoked it for about 8 hours at 235 (31/2 hours double wrapped in foil) until the meat was 203. I let it sit for an hour then sliced. It looked perfect, but came out a bit dry. I'm not sure if the problem was on the cooking end or if it needed more fat. It still tasted pretty good, but needed some sauce due to the lack of moisture in the meat.

AMAZING!!!!
I went out on a limb and bought this for a dinner party I had for 6 of my husbands friends. They RAVED about how amazing it was and that it was, hands down, the best brisket they had ever had! I have to agree :)
