Very disappointed!  We buy quite a bit from your company. This is a first. The rabbit was very tough. Not tasty at all. I used our family tried and true receipe.

Cooked in a long slow braise, with herbs and wild mushrooms, this rabbit is absolutely delicious and meltingly tender.

Very down South cookin'

This was my first time buying, portion cutting and cooking a rabbit. My husband is Cajun and while out of state working, I cooked up my own version of Rabbit Sauce Piquant, froze it and sent it up to him. He said it was the best tasting rabbit dish he could ever remember eating. I will agree with one reviewer about the cooking time. I found that it needed an additional hour to really tenderize. But, PATIENCE won the day!! Will do it again!!
