OMG WONDERFUL!
I finally had a chance to cook the rib chops I had ordered like a month ago. Although one of the chops was cut a little strange I DON’T CARE! This is the best tasting pork I’ve had in years. I am totally impressed with this product and all the US Wellness meats. For years I’ve purchased “Healthy Pasture Raised” meats from other companies and the pork is always so dry as well as the flavor being very bland. This pork has been over the top fantastic. I made a point of not adding any spices before we cook this on the grill and yet the flavor is totally fantastic. We just put a little salt and white pepper on the meat when we ate. US Wellness is I feel the best company to order our meats from as the texture and flavor is always so good!
