Disappointed
Terrible bacon grease! And my review keeps disappearing before I can post it. The bacon grease is badly separated, and it's clearly and visibly full of moisture which is a sign of bad processing -- I keep all of my rendered bacon fat and this isn't how it should be. Not only did the bacon fat sputter and explode because of the moisture, covering my counter and cupboards with grease, but our popcorn tasted like rancid bacon fat. I've had fine success with US Wellness leaf lard and the tallow, but this was a $163 waste of money that is beyond disappointing.
