Blue plastic?
I absolutely love this liverwurst (I bought it in bulk with my last order), but twice now I’ve found something blue mixed in with the meat. I would insert a picture but I’m not sure how with this website.
Has anyone else had this issue or is it just this recent batch?
From USWM: The blue ink is an editable food coloring that seeped through from our USDA stamp of approval that each and every one of our carcasses receives. Delicious ! But nutritional info is bizarre.
According to your website, 28 grams is the serving size. That means there are 16 (very thin) servings in a pound. Since these are end pieces of liverswurst, why not list nutritional info per piece?
