We love these Pork Shoulder Steaks!!! They are very tasty and tender. I fry up a 1/4 LB. of bacon ends for a little boost of flavor. Remove meat from pan. Add 2 OZ. of pork lard and oatmeal flour breaded pork steaks at 7 minutes per side. Remove Steaks. Add 3/4 cup of water to the pan plus the fried bacon ends and enough oat flour and spices to make a gravy and Voila! Dinner is ready. We eat this often throughout the month.
