Perfect!
I wasn't sure what to expect from a bison steak. I assumed that it may be a little bland or on the dry side. Boy, was I wrong! This steak was absolutely delicious! One of the best steaks I've ever had. It was very flavorful and the meat was tender and moist. I simply seasoned it and grilled it for 5 minutes on each side for a medium rare finish. Will definitely be ordering again.
