I ordered 2 of these ribeye pork chops recently. One chop looked exactly like the picture - a ribeye chop. The other one was just odd. It was a round, very thick, amorphous chunk of pork with a tiny bit of bone at one end. Obviously an end piece. I was very put off by this weird piece of meat and concerned about how to cook these 2 pieces together so that neither would be over or under-cooked. However, I used my sous vide to partially cook them, then seasoned and put them in the oven to brown the outside. The meat was excellent. Tender and juicy, with great flavor. Both pieces of meat were labeled as ribeye chops, so someone needs to pay a little more attention to how these are cut and packaged: rib chops sold as rib chops and end pieces sold as end pieces.
