These patties, like most USW meats are great. I tried the 55% lean but those were not for me. The 75% and 85% lean are both very good. I would say my only problem with this product is I think the nutrition info is a little off. Based on other USDA products I would guess the fat and protein content of the 85% lean are much closer to the same number than this product page shows.

I will always order these
I love these patties. Put theses in the skillet on on the grill, and you will get almost no shrinkage. Meaty and delicious, they make great hamburger steaks with brown gravy and sauteed onions and mushrooms, and they make great hamburgers too.
