I placed an order for beef heart on 01/03/2021 in the amount of $92.66. On 01/05/2021 in view that the order had not been shipped, I contacted customer service, and was told that it would ship out that day, at the end of the day, and that I'd receive tracking information. That did not happened. On 01/06/2021, I again contacted customer service, and was told that "they had too many orders", and that my order would ship out "today", and again, that I'd receive tracking information. That did not happened either. I do not understand the reason for such poor and disappointing service. If they are too busy to fulfill their commitments with the customers, they should alert of delays or lack of means to keep their promises.
