Convenient, tasty, and great value!
After making chicken broth myself from chicken feet and necks once, I decided I would order pre-made.  The watered down versions are very expensive, so I just add a few tablespoons of this gelatin concentrate to some filtered water for one serving of bone broth and it's great!  My "gut healing" protocol and "liver detox" protocol is now consistent, easy, and affordable!

THE SHIPMENT THAT I RECEIVED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!!! IT ACTUALLY STARTLED ME WHEN I OPENED IT AND SAW IT WAS JET BLACK

Makes the best gravy you've ever had
Super easy to use, makes the most delicious, glossy gravy and amazing pan sauces like a 4 star restaurant.  I heated up the pan with drippings used to roast chicken (about 1 pound) and added about 3 tablespoons of flour, whisked it well, then added about 1/4 cup potato water, and 1/2-3/4 c of this gelatin.  The gravy was glossy, rich, and incredibly delicious, even though I added no salt or seasonings.  It makes any pan sauce incredible, even if it isn't chicken.  Great to thicken stews like stroganoff and pasta sauces, too.  It really makes a lot of gravy and sauce so there's no worry about running out for a big turkey or dinner.  

It's a natural product so I don't mind if it's darker than the photo, but just FYI, the gelatin is very dark when frozen but defrosts to a lighter color.
