The flavor was good but that's where it ended. There was gristle, or tendons as someone else stated, throughout the meat, you couldn't cut through it first of all, and then to pick it up to bite around the gristle was impossible because it was like tearing leather!! I've had flat iron steak from the local store and was melt in my mouth tender, this not so much, would not recommend!!! Disappointed especially at this price!
