I made the ground chicken last night. Seared with avocado oil. A little dried garlic, onion, smoked sea salt, and Adobo seasoning. Pressed it down and spread it out to get a nice crust. Turned out pretty tasty and didn't need a lot of seasoning. In the past with super market ground chicken. I had to add tons of seasoning to get a smidge of flavor. But not with this good birdy . First time for us purchasing ground chicken from Wellness Meats. I might keep this on my future list.
