Bought 16-20oz and 20-24oz
Between Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 I ordered a total of 14 steaks and they were the best steaks we ever had.
I ordered 10 more between the months of March 2021 and Nov 2021 those ten were terrible they had a rancid taste. We are disappointed and won't be ordering anymore.

Absolutely Delicious!

My new favorite cut.
I did a pan sear for 4 minutes in bacon fat then flipped and added butter and lots of crushed and finely chopped garlic, basting frequently for eight minutes. It came out truly amazing; extremely tender and flavorful. I am in love with this cut.

Excellent
I usually get the primal ribeye, but this was one of the best steaks we have ever had. Marinated, grilled w/ lump charcoal.

Amazing flavor
Just had one of these last night and I have to say that it was one of the most flavorful steaks I've had in my life! Gnawing on the meat left on the bone was extremely flavorful!!! This will be a go to piece of US Wellness meat for us now.

Delicious
This was an outstanding cut of meat! Great size for the price and tremendous flavor. Reverse seared on BGE with hickory smoke and finished with garlic herb butter. Top notch!

Amazing Steak!! The best!!
Incredible steak, one of the best I've ever had. We grilled it to about 150 degrees after seasoning with salt, pepper and a little oil. Delicious.

Odd man out
I couldn't wait to order this steak after reading the favorable reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot give it any stars because the flavor was off despite adding one of your special sauces. I grilled it 3/4 of the way and then popped it into a low (heat) oven since dinner guests were running late. Although it cut tender, the meat was not- gristly and still had that 'off' taste.

I'm spoiled for other steak!
I just ordered these last week. I had my first one last night- wow! Absolutely delicious and so tender. I love ribeye and these are even better than the ones my butcher sells. I will order these again. Special thanks to Stacey who selected some beautfully marbled ribeyes for me.

One of the best I've ever had
The tenderness and flavor of this steak was out of this world. I ate a steak from Whole Foods the next day and it did not even compare. I will buy all of my steaks from US Wellness Meats from now on.

Great steak
There is a reason this cut is so often out of stock. The meat is tender and the flavor is superb. I save up the bones and make the most flavorful beef stock. I highly recommend this cut. It cooks to perfection every time.

fantastic rib eyes
I typically bbq these then put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes to finish cooking. seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic powder, and these things are always a family favorite.
