Love
The size of a baby elephant so not for everybody due to its size. Plan how you are going to eat this monster. I carve it into bricks and freeze them then cook roasts, steaks, whatever. I just love the mass of juicy protein. - David P.

Broken Seal
I ordered 3 of these bad boys and they all arrived frozen solid. I was absolutely pleased until I raised them out of the box and realized all 3 had holes in the packaging. Because of this, there was absolutely no seal which I knew spelled disaster when they thawed out. I tried to cover the holes with saran wrap to no avail. Because of their size, they took 5 days to completely thaw in the fridge and by the end of it, the stench was terrible and I had to throw them all out! I I don't know how I could have ordered differently to avoid this and so I doubt I'll be making any more heavy orders in fear of this happening again.
