Expensive 5 bites; very disappointed
I received a package labeled shoulder, not arm, so that may be the difference. Both pieces looked like the piece on the left in the sample picture only with more fat; which resulted in two tiny morsels of actual meat on that end. The other end had four bites and gristle. Very disappointed after so looking forward to having lamb.
The recipe for this cut was very easy and the topping was very nice.

Great Flavor
Sometimes the flavor of lamb can be strong or gamey, but that was not the case with this lamb. The flavor was milder and the meat was very tender. I am excited to try more lamb products from U.S. Wellness Meats.
