Good but expensive
Your meats are a bit expensive but it would be nice if you would give a little discount -Dorothy H.

My Husband Can't Stop Raving!!!
I purchased six pounds of these lamb kabobs (to try for the first time), due to the comments of other reviewers. OH MY GOODNESS! Tender, flavorful and "fresher tasting" than ANY lamb we've purchased elsewhere. We tossed with a Greek seasoning and extra virgin olive oil and let sit in the fridge for several hours before skewering and grilling. On separate skewers, we cooked zucchini rounds, red onion chunks and whole Crimini mushrooms and then ate all of the above with a homemade tzatziki sauce. Absolutely DELECTABLE!!!
My husband has gone on and on about those lamb kabobs for days after we finished the leftovers! WILL DEFINITELY be ordering again and cannot recommend more highly!
Not to mention that they were beautifully packaged and shipped to us in California with other items in our order, still arriving frozen. Wellness Meats definitely has their customer service refined to PAR ONE EXCELLENCE!

Hit or miss
We have ordered the lamb twice in a row. The first time, it had a lot of gristle - which made me hesitate to buy it again. I decided to give it another chance and was glad I did. The 2nd time around, it was very tender and delicious.

Great flavor
The lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor with none of the gaminess that lamb can have.

Sooooo tender...
Skewered up and seasoned with greek spices is the way to go with this meat. As tender as it comes! Great taste, great product!
