If you have never tried them...best way to begin is fried. I suggest you thaw just a bit and peel skin and slice thin slices before thawed completely. Bread in seasoned to taste cracker mill and fry in a clean fat. I use coconut oil and I also use a gluten/grain free cracker ground fine. Serve with wedge of lemon and keep my seasoning to salt only.
