disappointed
I ordered a pack to try out. They were ok. Not the best, not the worst so i ordered a bunch more to get the quantity discount. Must be a bad batch because they are tough, dry, too lean, and inedible. I had to throw them out.

Not good
The lamb rib chops are dry and way too lean. They are difficult to eat. I have to drink water after every bite. Unfortunately, I purchased multiple packs and am stuck with them. I’ve been eating lamb rib chops for years and these are the worst I’ve ever had.

These are delicious, but alarmingly tiny amt of actual meat for the price. Disappointed for that reason alone.

The chops were very flavorful, but they were very small too. Combined I think they made 6 oz.
If you order make sure you order plenty, bc 2 of them were not enough for 1 of us, much less 2 of us. Also not sure from a price comparison it's worth the re-buy.

Best piece of lamb you will find
I generally prefer beef steaks, as opposed to lamb, but as far as lamb goes, this is the best quality piece I have tried, superior to any supermarket cut you will find, grass-fed or otherwise.

Best lamb chops ever!
I buy lamb chops at Costco that I’ve always loved until I tasted these. Holy cow, these are fabulous! The best most flavorful I’ve ever had.

Tasty. Highly recommend.
Tasty! Recommend highly. More tender than the shanks, as expected. Easier for a kids to cook as you just toss them in a pan. We cook meats at 280 to avoid oxidizing the fats and proteins.

Inconsistent.
I purchased several packages and some chops were okay others had not nearly enough meat. Overall these were well below my expectation and the quality definitely does not justify the price.
