Excellent taste!
The best way to cook these for us is outside on the grill or over a fire, camping. Cooking it this way gets rid of a lot of the fat and imparts a great flavor. We buy these often and really enjoy them! People need to remember that lamb is going to be a pretty fatty meat. So that is something to keep in mind.

Sadly disappointed!
I must agree with another reviewer that the lamb had way too much fat on it and it was it a big mess to clean up. Unfortunately to meet the weight and cost amount I ordered 8 of them and I don't know what I'm going to do with the rest of them.

Loved every item but the lamb ribs.
We recently received our first order and enjoyed the taste and quality. What amazing products at fair prices. Unfortunately, the lamb ribs were a disappointment. It was my first time making these. There was so much fat, it was unbearable. Between the bones and fat, there was little meat. Cleaning the kitchen after was a challenge as there was fat all over the utensils, pans and plates.
