Perfect to render
Great flavor. I render this down myself, takes about 8 hrs on low, left with about 2tbls scraps which I give to my cat.-Sophie

Delicious!
This is insanely good! I eat it frozen, raw with sea salt. It's so incredibly flavorful it almost smells and tastes as if it's been smoked. Very fresh too. Highly recommended!
