Good sausage but need to list more info about the product.
I like this bratwurst a lot. However, It would be great if this product had a nutritional facts or at least how many calories in each sausage Thank you.

Okay, but we won't purchase again
We enjoyed a big BBQ last week and grilled the various sausages we purchased in our last order. These were our least favorite. They weren't terrible - I just didn't think they were very good (too bland). I felt they needed a lot of mustard and sauerkraut, so don't plan to eat these plain.
We really enjoyed the sugar free beef franks and Italian sausages, and look forward to trying the polish sausage when it is back in stock.

fantastic bratwurst
I love everything about these. I am on AIP and can have these as a special treat meal. The flavor is not overpowering. I really love it. I will be buying more.

Disappointed. Sorry I ordered 6 lbs. Little to no taste. The breakfast sausage is so great that I thought wed like this too.

Great standby
Good for those on Paleo/low-ish carb diets. They are delicious, but also very convenient because they are already fully cooked, and can go from freezer to plate in about 10 minutes. I find this helps avoid choosing carbs out of convenience - if I'm starving and don't want to go through cooking a whole meal, I just grab these out of the freezer and cook at 400 for 12 minutes in my toaster oven. They also hold quite awhile so you can brown them up and have in the fridge to grab any time.
