Once thawed, items may be stored for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.

US Wellness Meats ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday every week.

These sausages are DIVINE
This is the best Italian sausage I've ever eaten. They are hearty without being heavy, and perfectly seasoned. I enjoy them as a pizza topping, in a meat sauce, or just cooked with some broccoli. They are delicious, and surprisingly not greasy, which is hard to come by with a sausage.

Packed too tight
Need more spice, fat and water. Do not pack them so tight, difficult to eat, tough and hard. Sausages should be delicious and succulent.
