This review is not about the bison quality but about expiration dates which are missing.
I don't know if this is a new policy or whether I just never noticed before that there are no exp dates on the bison.
I asked and was told the bison would be good for years.
I want to know when the meat is no longer good to consume with an actual date. I just received 17 lbs of bison without an exp date. It just makes me wonder why no date? Am I expecting too much?
I thought all foods were to have exp dates, guess I was wrong.

bone and gristle in the meat
Have ordered this several times before and it was wonderful,last night we had it as a meat loaf, my husband bit down on a bone fragment and the meat was full of gristle, very very disappointing,

Wow! Such a Fresh and delicious flavor. My daughter does not like burgers, but, I insisted she try one more time ..she ate the whole thing!

This bison is soooo good! Nothing like what we bought at super market. We have found a winner and will continue to order. Oh by the way thanks for the great way you pack your meats for shipping. I have ordered from other companies and your way is by far the best.

Best hamburger I've ever had
Recently tried this. I was really impressed. Having eaten all kinds of beef. This is real good, but very lean so not so easy to cook. If cooked right it's the best burger money can buy.

Delicious and great protein!
My mom bought several packages of this for me a while back, and we used them in many dishes like tacos, meatballs, etc. They were delicious, clean and fresh tasting, no gritty bits, and we felt really good eating them. Best bison I've had. Kept my blood sugar stable for hours.

I have tasted many different comapy's bison, and this is by far the best tasting of them all. It is not loaded with water like some other bison I have bought. I highly recommend this bison for burgers, chili, etc.
